The subject matter is consulting, development and operation of AI and enterprise systems per separate agreement.
Fees
Fees follow the respective offer or contract.
Liability
Statutory liability rules apply; otherwise as individually agreed.
Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is — where permitted — the registered seat of SIFAMO GmbH.
